Executive Committee Terms of Reference
The Executive Committee shall be responsible for the day to day organisation
and management of Littleover Dazzlers Football Club. The EC will meet at
least three times during each season and will have responsibility
inter- alia for :
1. Effectively managing the affairs of “The Club”
2. Ensuring Team managers are made aware of “The Club” constitution
and rules
3. Appointing managers to run teams playing for Littleover Dazzlers
Football Club
4. Organising Club events and ensuring sound communication between
teams and “The Club”
5. Ensuring all committees fulfil their responsibilities and enhance
fulfilment of the objectives of “The Club”
6. Representing “The Club” as appropriate in matters relevant
to the sport of football
7. Liaising with external agencies such as the Derby Football
Association, Outside organisations making general enquiries about the “The
Club”, and to protect the interests of “The Club”
8. Dealing with disciplinary matters relating to “The Club” and taking
appropriate action on matters brought to its attention by club members
and other people with authentic cases to report.
9. Having regard for the finances of “The Club” and appointing
auditors to ensure transparency of accounting systems.
10. Supporting teams and fostering the spirit of collaboration between
teams and their supporters.
