    Club Committee Terms of Reference: 

    The Club Committee will meet monthly to discharge the following  duties: 

    1. To discuss team affairs including the progress of teams in their respective age groups. 

     2. To evaluate the perceived effectiveness of administrative arrangements for “The Club” teams 

    3. To receive from the Secretary of “The Club”  Club News including any correspondences from  DFA and other relevant football organisations. 

    4. To receive from “The Club” Treasurer financial report  of “The Club” 

    5. To Receive from Team Managers or their nominees team issues including progress in the league or cup competitions. 

    6. To discuss Any Other business Pertinent to “The Club” 

    The Club Committee shall have formal minutes of discussions held and the Club minutes will form part of action plans as necessary. Club Minutes will be circulated to committee members prior to the next meeting and any action plans will be pursued accordingly.NB: Club Committee meetings shall normally be of one hour duration.
